Welcome to our beautiful holiday home located on Barmouth Bay Holiday park, the park is just a 2 minute walk to the beach, and has an indoor heated swimming pool on site. Also within walking distance (2/3 minutes) is the sands entertainment complex and only a 10 minute walk to Talybont train station.

Our holiday home is a stunning Willerby Langbrook 2024 edition. This is a very modern and spacious family caravan and has been beautifully designed with friends and family in mind. The caravan has an open plan living and kitchen area, the L shaped seating area is extremely comfortable and allows you to sit and relax enjoying the beautiful welsh countryside.  The kitchen area includes a fitted microwave, 70/30 fridge/freezer and a full oven and hob. For your convenience we also have an air fryer along with all usual cooking appliances and utensils.

The Langbrook has three bedrooms, the master bedroom comprises a KING sized bed, double wardrobes, bedside cabinets with reading lights, dressing table and it's own en-suite toilet.

The two other bedrooms both comprise x2 single beds, along with a single wardrobe and shelving storage options.

Outside, we have lovely secure decking, with new modern outdoor seating for our guests to sit and relax and enjoy the fantastic views that we are so lucky to have.

We have our own independent  Starlink WIFI that is available for our guests to use FREE OF CHARGE. 

We do not provide towels or bed linen guests are to provide their own. 

EV vehicles cannot be charged from our caravan due to the low voltage supply. This includes the use of ‘granny chargers’. EV chargers are available on the park and can be found outside the launderette
